Members of the cult group Queen are some of the greatest and most widely circulated performers of the 20th century. They made a name for themselves in the early seventies and for forty years they occupied leading places in charts. Throughout its history, released five concert and fifteen studio albums.
How brave, ambitious and ingenious is it to name your band Queen (queen), create your own logo, similar to the coat of arms of the Queen of Great Britain and proclaim yourself kings of rock? Just such features were the leader of the group Freddie Mercury - one of the brightest and best soloists in the world of music. To the song “God Save the Queen” at the end of any concert, he invariably went on stage in the crown and mantle, and then threw them at people. The crowd was jubilant, and the press hated him for it, calling such behavior blasphemy.

Elvis Presley is a poor guy from a small town in the south of the United States, who instantly turned into a superstar. Before him, we can say that rock and roll did not exist. A legendary man who did not receive a musical education, but who has his own unique manner of performance, such that he touched for the living. Elvis enjoyed the stage and chatting with the public, appearing at concerts in chic, shiny outfits, with his signature hairstyle.
He was nicknamed "the king of rock and roll," often simply reducing to the "king". To this day, his albums are reprinted, and the number of copies has already exceeded one billion.
Kings of Russian rock
Despite the fact that Russian rock arose under the influence of foreign performers, it is still full of unique, brightest musicians with their original manner of performance and lyrics. Among them, it is difficult to single out one artist or team, because each is exceptional and one of a kind.
It is worth mentioning the most prominent rock musicians who became kings of Russian rock:

- Aria Group (Valery Kipelov) is a commercially successful, popular Soviet and Russian heavy metal band.
