Since prayer is a pillar of religion, every Muslim is obliged to do it correctly. Before considering how to perform the prayer, it is necessary to properly prepare for it. To do this, you need to become straight, while your eyes should be fixed on the place of the bow of the earth. It is not recommended to tilt the neck so that the chin touches the chest, and tilt the chest, you need to stand strictly straight. The feet should be directed to the place of bow, any deviations to the side are contrary to beliefs, and the distance between them should not exceed the size of four fingers.
Considering how to perform the prayer collectively, it should be noted that all participants should stand in a straight line. To do this, often all those present place the ends of their heels on the line at the end of the prayer rug (usually it separates its two parts). Hands should be in contact with the hands of people standing nearby, while it is forbidden to cover the ankles and hands with clothes.
So, let us consider in detail how to perform the prayer.
First of all, you need to raise your hands to your ears, so that the ends of the thumbs touch their urine, and the rest of the fingers stand straight and say “Allah Akbar”. Next, the right little finger and thumb grasp the left wrist, and the remaining fingers are positioned so that they have a direction to the left elbow.
Then pronounce du'a Sana'a, "Al-Fatih" and a few more suras. In this case, you need to stand still, calmly and quietly, it is not allowed to carry body weight from foot to foot and yawn. The gaze should be directed only to the place of the bow of the earth, you can not look around.
Making a bow, it is necessary to place the back and neck on the same level, while the feet are located directly, and the eyes should look at them. Next, the hands are placed on the knees so that there is space between the fingers. It is necessary to be bowed as long as it takes to utter “Subhan Rabbiyal-Azim” three times.
When straightening, you need to monitor posture, the body should be in a straight position, while the eyes continue to be focused on the place of bow.
Further, knowing how to perform the prayer, it is required to make another bow. To do this, the knees are bent and become them on the prayer rug, while the chest bends only when the knees and palms touch the floor, the tip of the nose and forehead should also touch it. Hands are placed in such a way that they are pressed against each other; contact between the elbows and the floor is not allowed. In this position, pronounced three times, "Subhan Rabbiyal-Azim." They rise from the rug without support, after which they say: “Bismillah,” and read the suras.
Next, we will consider how to perform a prayer for a woman.
The woman’s body is necessarily covered with clothes, except for her face, hands and feet. Hands rise to shoulder level without removing from the bedspread. When bowing, there is no need to straighten the back and bend low enough. Legs should be placed at a short distance from each other, while the knees should be practically connected.
Making a second bow, a woman can bend immediately, without waiting for her knees to touch the floor, while the entire arm, including elbows, should be on the floor.
It should be noted that women are not allowed to perform namaz in the collective, however, if the members of their family are masculine, then this will not be considered a sin. It is only necessary that women stand behind men.
Thus, it is not difficult to learn how to do namaz. The main thing here is to observe all the rules and regulations, then the prayer will be considered correct. And although the namaz for women is somewhat different from the masculine, the essence remains the same, and every Muslim needs to complete it correctly.
