1. Chicken and tomato salad is a delicious nutritious dish that does not leave a trace of hunger during a hard day. It consists of: tomatoes, chicken fillet, lettuce, celery (stalks), red onion. All this must be mixed, as a dressing you can use low-fat sour cream.
