Precipitation of fog in the morning or in the evening is a very frequent phenomenon in our climate zone. At the same time, such weather conditions impede safe travel by car due to poor visibility, and especially if the vehicle is not equipped with fog lights (PTF). How to get rid of such a problem? Pretty simple - just purchase a set of foglights and install on your equipment.
Below is a detailed description of how to choose the right lighting devices and how to mount them on a car using the example of “Lada Priora”. Installing fog lights on the Priora is not a very complicated process. And practically every driver who is at least a little thinking in technology will be able to carry out the work.
Fog Light Selection
What should you pay attention to first when buying headlights in a store? On the integrity of the housing, scattering filter and light bulbs, the presence of plugs for attaching electrical wires. Of particular note is the material from which the fog lights on the Priora are made.

Installation process
If the car was not previously equipped with PTF, then in the bumper on the seats of the lamps there will be plugs. With a knife (if you have a jigsaw, you can use it), the plugs are carefully cut. Moreover, it is possible that the edges of the cut may have irregularities and roughness. In this case, they can be processed with a round rasp or sandpaper. Then you can install the fog lights on the "Prior", and fix them with screws.
The minus leads of the headlights are immediately attached to the car body, and electric wires are laid for connection. After the work done, we mount the bumper on the car and fix it. You can also install pallet protection.

Power connection
