The culinary recipe for this cake is very simple. It does not need to bake, but to make it very quickly. It will take a kilogram of cottage cheese, a pack of shortbread cookies (about 200 g), the same amount of butter, a bag of gelatin, lemon juice, a few candied fruits and fruits (oranges, kiwi, bananas, peaches, apples or pears). To start, cookies must be crushed. You can do this with a blender or by scrolling through a meat grinder. The resulting mass is mixed with softened butter. All this is laid out in a form that necessarily has a removable bottom. This kind of cake is put in the refrigerator for solidification.
Lemon juice is squeezed into a bowl, slightly warmed up and gelatin dissolved in it. Separately, beat the cottage cheese with sugar and candied fruit. Gelatin in lemon juice is poured into it. Everything is mixed and laid on top of the cake. Cottage cheese cake can be decorated with slices of a wide variety of fruits, after which it is sent again to the refrigerator. Delicate strawberry curd cake
Curd dessert can be prepared in two ways. Moreover, it will be very easy and suitable for those who carefully monitor their figure. By the way, strawberry curd cake is almost not sweet, but very tender and melting in the mouth. It will take a few products:
- Strawberry (about 300g)
- A pack of gelatin
- Sugar (3 tablespoons),
- Glass of water,
- Cottage cheese, it would be nice to take fatter (300g),
- A glass of cream, 35% fat,
- Cocoa Powder (2 small spoons)
- Chocolate (grated).
Gelatin needs to swell. To do this, it should be filled with cold water for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the blender whips the cottage cheese, cream and sugar until smooth.
Swollen gelatin is heated over a fire, stirring constantly, until it is completely dissolved. The main thing is not to bring it to a boil. After you need to cool the gelatin mass and add to the curd cream.
A quarter of the mass is transferred to another bowl and cocoa is added to it. And then the fun begins - the assembly of the cake. To do this, take the silicone mold. From it then it is much easier to get the cooked dessert.
1 layer: fill in the curd mass with cocoa. For 10 minutes we put the cake in the refrigerator. During this time, the βchocolateβ layer will harden.

This cake is prepared simply and also does not require baking in the oven. The hostess will need a kilogram of cottage cheese, a glass of sugar, lemon, half a liter of fat cream, vanillin, a bag of gelatin and marmalade for him. The decoration is very important in this dessert. It will require 1 cup of red juice, sugar, gelatin (10 g), orange or peach.
Cottage cheese is passed through a meat grinder. You can beat it with a blender. At the same time, gelatin is poured with warm water. Lemon zest is rubbed on a fine grater and added to the curd. Sugar with vanilla and chopped marmalade also gets there. Separately, whip the cream with a mixer and also pour into the curd mass. As soon as the gelatin swells, it is heated to dissolve and also added to the general dough.
