This type of original snack involves the use of seafood. And in itself it turns out tasty and healthy, given the amount of vitamins and minerals that are present there. In addition, the Miracle salad is prepared quite quickly and simply - you just need to purchase the necessary ingredients in advance, and the dish, which can become a real decoration of any holiday table, can be served! Miracle of the Sea Salad: ingredients
To prepare this delicious snack, we need: 3 pieces of squid carcasses, 200 grams of fresh champignons, a couple of pickled cucumbers - directly from the barrel (by the way, as an option, you can use fresh ones), 3 eggs, hard cheese - 100 grams, onion medium sized. And also: some mayonnaise for dressing, freshly frozen shrimps and greens to decorate the dish.
How to cook
- We clean squids and wash. Then boil in boiling water (remember that you need to cook for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the seafood can become too hard). Cool and dry with a kitchen towel.
- We cut the squid carcasses in the form of straws (you can also use rings - as you like).
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil (a couple of spoons). We spread mushrooms there, previously washed and chopped coarsely. Introduce the onion. Fry over low heat until golden and add a little.
- Hard-boiled eggs and cool in cold water. Then peel and grate coarsely.
- Three hard cheese on a grater coarsely.
- Salted cucumbers cut into strips.
- We combine all of the above ingredients in a large container for making salad. We season with several tablespoons of mayonnaise (the main thing is not to overdo it so that it does not become a mushy state) and mix thoroughly.
