And the design is sometimes so original and spectacular that you will not immediately believe that you have a real cake in front of you.

Any housewife, preparing a cake at home, tries to decorate it so that it looks not only appetizing and tasty, but also beautiful. Rafaello cake (Rafaello cake), also known as Pincher, Pancho, has an amazingly delicate milk flavor with hints of coconut and vanilla, and on the outside it resembles a snow-white airy cloud. Appearing on the table, this dessert immediately causes a storm of emotions, and everyone becomes interested in how this dish is prepared. The Raffaello Cake recipe is famous for its light cream, whole almonds and light coconut, and tastes very much like the famous Raffaello sweets. Any housewife will be able to cook this great dessert without any special skills. How to cook Raffaello at home? All that is needed is a love of cooking and a great desire to surprise and delight guests. The recipe "Raffaello Cake" is not at all complicated, it will not take much time, but the result will exceed all expectations. Therefore, it is worthwhile to try to cook this tidbit dessert.

Recipe "Raffaello Cake"

To prepare such a cake, you will need several sets of products.

For shortcakes: two chicken eggs, 200 grams of granulated sugar, vanilla sugar (add to taste, some like a bright vanilla flavor, others a delicate light vanilla flavor), 200 ml of cream, two cups of white wheat flour, a bag of baking powder.

For cream: a glass of sour cream (at least 20% fat), a glass of fat cream (at least 30% fat), 150 grams of granulated sugar or icing sugar, vanilla sugar.

For the filling: 200 grams of fresh or frozen berries (strawberries or raspberries, which is more like), 6-8 Raffaello candy stores.

For decoration: 10 Raffaello candies, which should be divided into halves, a package of coconut flakes (not painted).

First you need to bake cakes. To do this, beat the eggs, granulated sugar and vanillin to steep peaks. Then add the heavy cream and continue to whisk further. Slowly add two cups of flour in portions to avoid the formation of lumps, and a baking powder, bringing the mass to a homogeneous consistency. We lay out the finished dough in a form previously greased with butter or laid it out with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the cake for half an hour, readiness to check with a toothpick. The color of the cake should be golden, and when it is ready, it must be completely cooled and cut carefully into two approximately identical cake.

The cream is prepared very simply: sour cream with sugar (powdered sugar), fat cream and vanilla is whipped into a lush bulk and put in the refrigerator to cool slightly.

You can start assembling the cake. But before that, you should wash the berries and let them dry (or unfreeze the berries from the freezer), prepare Raffaello candies - finely chop 6-8 pieces and disassemble 10 pieces into halves. Take the first cake and generously apply cream that has cooled in the refrigerator to a layer of about 1 cm. Lay the berries on top of the cream, pressing them a little into the cream. Add a little cream over the berries. Sprinkle crushed candies on the cream and cover with a second cake. Apply the remaining cream evenly to the top and sides of the cake. Take the halves of sweets and decorate the cake evenly in a circle, sprinkle with coconut.

The recipe “Raffaello Cake”, of course, can be changed a little, experiment with dough, cream. Make, for example, biscuit cakes and custard. But in any case, the taste of the cake will be impeccable - everyone will like vanilla milk with a coconut tint and a snow-white color! Bon Appetit!
