It is made in the form of a small chamber and a boiling pin. The pin ignites the air-fuel mixture located in the device chamber. Thermal energy is transferred through the walls to the coolant, and due to a special pump, the fluid circulates in the small circuit of the car’s cooling system. Thus, the oil in the crankcase does not thicken, and the car windows do not freeze. In this case, the energy source is gasoline in the car’s tank.

We install heating
Before you install an autonomous engine heater with your own hands, you need to prepare the system. The coolant is removed first. After this, the list pipe should be removed, and in its place, install the heater clamp and install the gasket. Securely fix and fill in the coolant.
Some types of heaters are installed by tapping into the radiator hose. In this case, the size of the tie-in is not more than 6 cm. The device is installed and fixed using two clamps. Typically, these devices are vertical or slightly tilted. It is strictly forbidden to install heaters of this design in a horizontal position.
