The Porsche Cayenne is the first luxury all-wheel drive SUV in the history of the German automaker, developed in conjunction with the engineers of the Volkswagen concern. For the first time this German miracle was born in 2003. For a couple of years of existence, this crossover managed to achieve such popularity, which, probably, even the developers themselves did not dream of. At the moment, “Porsche Cayenne” is actively acquired not only in Europe, but also in the Russian open spaces, where almost every motorist knows him. 7 years later, in 2010, German developers showed the public a new, three-fold generation of the legendary crossovers. Despite the fact that the car belongs to the crossover class, it looks like a kind of sports car. The body structure can be traced smooth and elegant lines, and in front of the novelty has large headlights, which in their form resemble raindrops. Initially, the SUV is equipped with a new six-cylinder gasoline engine with a capacity of 300 horsepower and a displacement of 3.6 liters. The maximum torque of such a unit at 3,000 rpm is as much as 400 Nm. Such modern features allow the new Porsche Cayenne to accelerate to “hundreds” in just 7.5 seconds. Many German cars would envy such an indicator. The maximum speed of the car is 230 kilometers per hour.

Also, in addition to the gasoline version, the manufacturer provided for the creation of a new modification of the Porsche Cayenne Diesel: the car is equipped with a 3-liter turbodiesel engine for six cylinders with a capacity of 245 horsepower. Both engines are equipped with two gearboxes to choose from: an eight-speed Tiptronic or a classic six-speed gearbox with mechanical gear shifting.
