So, take three kilograms of fig peach and cut the fruit in half, removing the seeds. Then make a syrup of two and a half to three kilograms of sugar and two glasses of water. Pour the prepared crushed mass into the hot mixture and bring to a boil. After giving jam to boil for five to seven minutes, pour into sterile jars, roll up the lids and wrap, after turning upside down. After cooling, store in a cool place.
