We prepare the ingredients
Salad "Valencia" is unusual and very tasty. To prepare this treat we need:
- A little Beijing cabbage, about 400 g. Instead, you can use ordinary white cabbage.
- Bulgarian pepper.
- One medium onion. It can be either red or white. It all depends on your choice and taste.
- Approximately 320 g of chicken. We pre-fry the chicken fillet . Those who follow their figure can also use boiled chicken.
- We will also need 100 g of pitted olives and about 250 g of pulp of oranges.
- For Valencia salad with chicken and oranges, you will need coriander seeds, approximately one teaspoon, 3 cloves of garlic, one tablespoon of sugar, salt to taste, black pepper, olive oil 6 tablespoons, balsamic vinegar (4 tablespoons) and two tablespoons tablespoons of soy sauce.
Chicken marinade
Valencia salad recipe involves preparing marinade for chicken breast. To do this, send garlic and coriander seeds to the mortar, but the whole mixture does not need to pickle the chicken, it is necessary to leave a little for dressing.
