How to roll out?
Turn the dough over with the seams down, sprinkle with flour a little, and rather delicately roll it into a rectangle 2-3 times larger than the original version. We shake off excess flour from the dough, otherwise when baking these places will turn whitish.
We add the resulting layer in three layers, wrap it with a film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After that, roll out the dough again into a large layer and turn it into three layers. - 250 g puff yeast-free dough;
- 200 g of strawberries;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 100 g of sugar.
Cooking technology in stages:

- 100 grams of cottage cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
- 1 egg white
- Β½ tbsp l flour;
- 350 g of dough;
- one banana;
- 1 tbsp. l next oils;
- 2 tsp Sahara.
