Kirieshek salad - it's original, fast and most importantly delicious! Crispy crackers have long ceased to be just snacks for beer or other drinks, now they have become excellent ingredients for various kinds of snacks and salads.

Chicken salad with canned fish

The salad is made puff.

The first layer is one large bundle of kirieshek;

The second layer - canned mashed potatoes. You can use pink salmon, sardine. Lubricate with mayonnaise;

Pour one large and one small packet of kirieshek with different tastes into a bowl, add a can of canned beans in their own juice (it is better to take red, it looks better) and a can of corn. It is imperative to completely drain the liquid from canned food, it is completely out of place.

Next, grate hard cheese on a coarse or fine grater, crush three or four cloves of garlic, season with mayonnaise. Crackers very much absorb mayonnaise, so after 15 minutes you will need to add mayonnaise again. That's it, the salad is ready!

Smoked Sausage Salad

Cut 200 grams of smoked sausage into thin-thin straws and fry in butter or vegetable oil, send the chopped medium-sized onion head to the same place.

Put the sausage in a salad bowl, chop two fresh cucumbers and a couple of tomatoes. Pour a large packet of kirieshek, season with mayonnaise, mix, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Kirieshek salad with olives

Take a jar of canned green peas and corn, drain the whole brine and put the contents in a bowl. Add a can of olives, at the same time, cut all the olives either into quarters or ringlets. Finely chop 200 grams of crab sticks or crab meat, chop two cloves of garlic.

Last - to fill up two large (or four small) packs of bacon-flavored kirieshek Mix everything and flavor with mayonnaise.

Another delicious salad with crackers and smoked chicken

Half a kilogram of smoked chicken meat (you can use breast, thighs, grilled chicken is also suitable), cut into cubes with a diameter of about a centimeter, put in a cup. Add 200 grams of cheese and a couple of tomatoes without skin, cut into cubes of the same size. Pour a jar of beans in your own juice (remove the brine). And the last ingredient - two large packs of crackers with different tastes (the original is a combination of jelly and bacon flavors), season with mayonnaise and can be served!

With sausage and mushrooms

Mushrooms use dried, about 70 grams. First, they are steeped in cold water for several hours. After the mushrooms soften, chop them smaller and send them to fry in a pan with vegetable oil until cooked. Five minutes before removing from the stove, add the chopped onion to the mushrooms, fry, stirring constantly.

Put the mixture on a plate, wait until it cools down, then pour a couple of small packets of curies with different flavors and crumble straws or cubes of 300 grams of boiled sausage. It remains only to season with mayonnaise and the salad is ready.

Absolutely all salads with crackers need to be cooked right before serving, since all recipes are simple and quick to prepare. Four hours after mixing crackers with the rest of the ingredients, they just turn into porridge.
