The origins of the history of cheesecake go back to American culinary culture. This cheese dessert slightly resembles a casserole, however, the differences are quite significant. A classic cheesecake recipe requires the use of a water bath or baking in the oven at a relatively low temperature.
Classic Cheesecake Recipe
Filling:
cream cheese - 450 grams;
sugar - a glass;
vanilla sugar - a bag;
eggs - 5 pieces;
fat sour cream - 450 grams.
Ingredients for the base:
butter - 100 grams;
cookies - 250 grams;
an egg - 1 piece.
It will take about two hours to cook.
Grind the cookies, add the egg and butter to it, mix. Put the bottom of the mold and its edges with the resulting “dough”, then place it in the refrigerator.
The cheese needs to be whipped, gradually adding sugar to it. Then introduce one egg at a time, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Pour the filling into the mold on top of the dough. Bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 165 degrees. After readiness, do not immediately take out the cake, but hold it in a cooling oven for about an hour. Then take out the cake so that it finally cools down and place for four hours in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Marble Cheesecake
Required Products:
low-fat cottage cheese - half a kilogram;
cream cheese - 200 grams;
sugar - 200 grams;
strong coffee - 2 tbsp. spoons;
vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
lemon juice;
eggs - 3 pieces;
cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
salt.
It is prepared in an hour.
Beat curd with a whisk for 2-3 minutes. Add eggs, cream cheese, sugar (190 grams), vanilla sugar, lemon juice and salt. Beat everything well. Mix cocoa with coffee, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of water, add a third of the curd mixture and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter. Lay parchment paper on the bottom , lay the walls with parchment tape. Put in the form the remaining mass of cottage cheese. Pour the chocolate mass into the center of the mold. Stir both masses with a knife so that they get "marble" stains.
Place the pan on a baking sheet with boiling water and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Take out the cake, cool, cover with a film on top and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Ingredients:

lemon (zest) - 1 piece;
egg whites - 2 pieces;
sugar - 35 grams;
butter - 75 grams;
lemon juice - 75 ml;
gelatin (powder) - 9 grams;
yogurt - 150 ml;
molasses - 50 ml.
Cooking takes only half an hour.
Crumble cookies, melt butter. Mix the crumbs of cookies with butter and cover the bottom and sides of the detachable shape with this mass, put it in the refrigerator.
At this time, mix the lemon juice with 75 ml of water, add gelatin here, heat the mixture for 5 minutes so that the gelatin dissolves, then cool.
Beat yogurt, cottage cheese and molasses in a separate bowl, add a mixture of lemon and gelatin. Beat the whites in the foam and inject into the existing mixture. Pour the filling into the mold. Cool for at least 4 hours.
