Our today's hero is Denis Dan Lame. It's about a Russian rock musician. He became most famous for his role as a guitarist in several Moscow groups, including the Pate and Dan team. Our hero was born on November 13, 1978 in Kursk.
Biography
Denis Khromykh was fond of music since childhood. At the insistence of his parents, he began to attend balalaika lessons. They sent their son to a music school. Later, he was called the young talent of the Kursk region. His father loved heavy music. Thanks to this, our hero also became interested in rock. The first group, in which he took up playing the bass, was called Nemesis. At that moment, the young man was only 16 years old.
At 17 he went to the capital. He became a student at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He later performed as a guitarist in a band called Xahnd Paradise. However, this team did not last long and soon disintegrated. After our hero became a member of the group "Carthage fell." Eight years was the guitarist of the band Tracktor Bowling. He acted as one of the founders of the Slot project. He played together with the group Mo'Jah'Head. In 2008, the Cockroaches team unexpectedly needed a guitar player. Our hero by that time was familiar with the group leader Dmitry Spirin. It was he who invited the musician to the team. Together with the guitarist, a certain Andrey Shmorgun came to the association. He and our hero later founded the Lomonosov Plan, his punk band.
In parallel, Dan showed himself as the director of the clips that he creates for Russian rock bands. Among them, it should be noted such teams as: "Azon", Autoscan, Tracktor Bowling, "CHLOR", "7 race", "Cockroaches!". He took part in the post-production of four paintings: “Personal Number”, “Turkish Gambit”, “Boomer”, “72 Meters”. In 2010, the Lomonosov Plan group was created. In it, our hero acts as a guitarist.
In 2012, he, together with Pavel Filippenko, who was the vocalist of the FAQ team, founded a group called Pate and Dan. The genre of this project combines hardcore and music. The band's first performance took place as part of the Kubana festival in 2012. Since 2013, our hero began to officially collaborate with Yamaha Music. The plans for this collaboration include master classes, video tutorials, and other joint promotions. In 2014-2015, the musician acted as co-author of the album "Where is my summer" by Konstantin Maksimyuk. Also, our hero was the guitarist of this team and became the director of the video clip of the same name.
Discography
Denis Khromykh in 2002 as a member of Tracktor Bowling worked on the album "Naprol." In 2005, the CDs “Devil” and It's Time To were released. In 2006, a couple of albums were recorded: “Steps on the Glass” and “Two Steps to ...”. In 2007, the works of VOL.1 (Live) and "Six months to spring" appeared. In 2008, the albums “Time” and “Generation of Rock” were released. As part of the Slot group, our hero worked on the album of the same name.
With the participation of the musician, the team “Cockroaches!” Released the following discs: “How much money God has”, “Fight to the holes”, “Dog’s heart” and “Thank you”. Within the framework of the project “Pate and Dan”, one album was recorded entitled “Birth”. The “Lomonosov Plan” group together with our hero recorded the following records: “Take your time!”, “Cloud in trousers” and three more license plates of the same name. One album was recorded with the group “Where is my summer?”.
Team
Probably the greatest fame for our hero was the Lomonosov Plan collective, so we should talk more about him. The group was formed in Moscow in 2010. Denis Khromykh took her place as a guitarist. During the first six months of existence, 5 songs were recorded. In 2011, the recording of the debut album begins. Work takes place at Dreamport Studios.
Soon, the musicians send the mixed material to the United States. There is mastering the album. The record was released in 2012. One of the subsequent studio works of the team is interesting, in which the poem of Vladimir Mayakovsky was taken as the basis.
Interesting Facts
Denis Khromykh notes that most of all he values the opportunity to create and his freedom. The musician admits that he loves to play concerts, but when he became interested in creativity during his school years, he did not even imagine that he would be honored to perform as part of a group abroad. Our hero emphasizes that the experience of creating a rock opera called "Cloud in Pants" became incredibly curious. She was born by chance. It all started with an attempt to create a composition for the film. However, this work did not hit the movies. But it became the song "Sassy and Caustic." This became an incentive for further processing of the poem. The result is an album.
