  • liter of homemade natural yogurt;

First you need to make homemade yogurt. It is made from boiled warm milk and yogurt sourdough, which can be bought at any store. Milk is mixed with sourdough and poured into a regular thermos bottle, and yogurt is obtained in a day. Add sugar to the finished yogurt. The amount of sugar can be reduced or increased as you wish. Beat a little, pour two hundred grams into narrow cups or glasses and add berries and chocolate. Berries can be taken frozen or fresh. It is advisable to grind them or rub with sugar.
