They say that forecasts are an ungrateful thing. But how to live without thinking about tomorrow? Many of us would like to know what awaits Russia in the near future. Among the many analytical predictions and magical predictions, everyone is inclined to choose what is more consistent with his personal feelings, and maybe with fears.
“You are miserable, you are plentiful”
Perhaps no one so accurately characterized the absolute contradictoriness of this phenomenon called Russia, as N. A. Nekrasov. The only question is that after two centuries the country consists entirely of contradictions: it is powerful, and powerless, and wretched, and plentiful. Is this country really destined for all ages to remain unhappy, as many who live in it are convinced? Surprisingly for the whole world, a country with innumerable wealth allows most of its population to live on the brink, and even beyond poverty. It can be seen that, from the same addiction to contradictions, some predict that Russia will collapse and collapse in the near future, while others predict its rapid rise and prosperity.
Opinions of American Analysts
In a famous report of the RAND Corporation (from the English Research and Development) published in the USA in 2002 entitled “On the Degree of Russia's Decline”, our country is not directly classified as a “loser,” but at the same time a large list of signs of state decline is cited. This is an inefficient economy, and total corruption, and the penetration of criminals into power, and the decomposition and reduction of the combat effectiveness of the army, and an alarming demographic situation. In a particularly "honorable" place is the privatization war.

In this sense, Russia's negative experience is indicative of the whole world. Nowhere on the planet, except in Russia, would the privatization of the state-owned natural monopolies - Gazprom, Rosneft, UES (Unified Energy System), as well as transport arteries, in particular Russian Railways, become possible by default. The next step is the transfer to private hands of education and health systems. From all this, American analysts conclude that there is a degradation of the Russian state, and that in the near future we will only see an aggravation of the global crisis on all fronts. And at the same time, they are concerned about the situation, since they do not hide the US interest in Russia as an inexhaustible raw material donor. Oddly enough, our state seems to be satisfied with such a status: as it was a supplier of raw materials and energy resources for the West and America, so it remains to this day.
Will there be light at the end of the tunnel?
It's time to look for more optimistic forecasts about what awaits Russia in the near future. And if in real life no obvious prerequisites for positive changes are yet to be seen, why not recall the predictions of clairvoyants dating back different ages?
Four centuries ago, Nostradamus predicted the Golden Age of Russia. This will be the New Era, the second century of Saturn and the beginning of the era of Aquarius. If you believe these predictions, the wait is not long - after all, the era of Aquarius will come in 2014. In 1996, Vangu was asked about what awaits Russia in the near future. She replied that no one and nothing could stop Russia and its rebirth. The clairvoyant predicted that Russia would sweep away everything in its path and be able to become the "mistress of the world," and by 2030 America would recognize this and bow its head to her.

The forecasts of modern predictors are not so optimistic. So, Pavel Globa writes that he expects Russia in the near future, no further than the spring of 2014, there are many more difficult trials. It is during this period that the planet Uranus will enter the constellation Aries, and this combination promises a lot of aggression and instability. Moreover, this will affect not only the Russians. By spring, Globa says, the economic decline of the United States will worsen, and the situation in Europe will become more complicated. To the African continent, an astrologer prophesies an extraordinary famine. Against this background, however, Russia will look better, and the wealth of its bowels will help it quickly overcome the crisis and bypass yesterday's rich opponents. She will be the undoubted leader in the field of space exploration. And in general, the coming year will be a year of a kind of purification and will entail a period of sharp rise both in the economy and in spiritual life.
