You can, of course, cut the onion under the “little white” and open the jar of gobies in tomato. But under the vodka salad “sounds” much more interesting. Yes, and the drink is drunk easier, and intoxication comes later - there is time to communicate fruitfully. You can make a salad from almost anything. And if you worry in advance, you get just a delicious snack.
Salad "From what was"
Most products (from unsweetened) go perfectly with vodka. The salad offered by the first is quite easy both in preparation and in effect on the stomach. And at the same time makes the effect of alcohol easier, and the process of drinking more enjoyable. It will take a big fresh carrot. It is cleaned and rubbed coarsely. A not-too-large onion is chopped finely, allowed to stew on vegetable oil until golden and reclines on a napkin to eliminate excess fat. Crab sticks (quarter-kilogram packaging) are cut large. It will take two hundred grams of smoked chicken. It is freed from bones and skins (if present) and cut into small slices. A small jar of canned pineapples opens, the juice is drained from it (you can leave it for lovers to drink), the fruits themselves are cut like meat. Half the onion is chopped very finely. Two boiled potato tubers crumble like pineapple and chicken. Pickled mushrooms without salting liquid are also added to the salad; they can not be cut - it is more interesting and looks more attractive. Mayonnaise is used for dressing; salt is not needed here, but pepper - according to your preference.
"For aesthetes"
Another elegant salad with vodka. The recipe is also not the most budgetary, but the taste of the dish is simply amazing. Tongue is taken, pork or beef. You can boil yourself, you can buy ready-made, in jelly. A head or two onions are cut in half rings and marinated for about five minutes. It is possible in vinegar, but better in lemon juice. Tongue, pickles and pickled mushrooms are cut in approximately the same cubes, canned peas are added. The ratio is left to the taste of the cook. For dressing, hot mustard is diluted in half with vegetable oil. Love sourness - squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the sauce.
“Watch out, vodka”
It is worth worrying about winter holidays in advance. And there are plenty of them in the cold months. So the salad for the winter with vodka is clearly not going to be unclaimed.
To spin, take a kilogram of cabbage, onions, carrots, sweet peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. The head of cabbage is thinly chopped, the cucumbers are crumbled in circles or their halves - it depends on the thickness of the vegetable. The carrots are rubbed with a Korean grater, the onions are cut into half rings, the pepper is cut into strips, and the tomatoes are cut into cubes or slices. All vegetables are put in a large container, mixed and flavored with salt (five spoons), sugar (five large spoons), vinegar and vegetable oil - in a glass. The workpiece should stand under the lid for an hour. Then it is laid out in banks - vegetables will give a lot of juice, and the salad will be very tender. It is sterilized for about ten minutes (for liter containers), after which it rolls up and turns over until it cools. A spin is stored right in the apartment, only without sunshine.

Those who like spicy foods will surely enjoy the following preservation. Carrots, horseradish root and apples with a core are rubbed coarsely. Fruits must be taken from acidic varieties. The mixture is laid out in sterile half-liter jars and poured with hot marinade. Pouring is done from two tablespoons of salt, three sugar and a glass of vinegar (9 percent) per liter of water. Five minutes of sterilization, blockage, cooling - and in winter you have a great savory snack for your favorite drink.
