Group EVO (Eternal Voice of Orbits) is a rising star of the Russian rock scene, which appeared in Severodvinsk. The official date of education is May 12, 2009. The style of music can be described as trancecore, electronic post-hardcore. These genres appeared relatively recently, but have already won the hearts of many young people around the world. Transkor is a mixture of typical rock and trance sound, using both heavy riffs and samples (digitized fragment of music). By combining all these elements, the Evo group got a truly unique sound, fully consistent with the name of the collective.
So, the composition of the group today is as follows:
- Roma Donskov ("Dread") - guitar;
- Dima Telegin ("Mad Dee") - vocals and samples;
- Dmitry Stesyakov ("MBond") - rap and beatbox;
- Maxim Sirikov ("Chicago!") - guitar;
- Dima Bayev ("Space fish") - bass;
- Misha Romitsyn ("No Ember") - backing vocals.
Dmitry Telegin is the founder and main ideological leader of the group. In his interviews, he states that the EVO group is not a commercial project and has little in common with the modern world of show business. For the same reason, they do not name the exact release topics, since they do not set a rigid framework for themselves. Music is born only when inspiration comes to the participants, this is the secret to the success of their music - everything comes from the heart and nothing else.
Of particular note is the Evo discography. The rock group has currently released 4 demo albums, the last of which was released in 2010, as well as 4 full-length albums, the newest of which was released in 2013 and is called "Poisonous Stars Breath."
In 2010, the Evo group faced a crisis - vocalist Dima Telegin was forced to temporarily leave the project, but the history of the group did not end there. The guys did not give in to difficulties, and soon began to create again, almost in the same composition. Of course, the sound and theme of the songs have undergone changes, but this is an indicator of the development of the group. The guys never stop there, try to bring the sound of music as close as possible to their ideal.
Due to its indefatigable energy, creativity and fresh ideas, for a short time of existence, the Evo group not only climbed to the top of the domestic trans-scene, but also is gradually gaining popularity in foreign countries. A huge plus of the guys is that they really value their fans, and they, in turn, respond to their idols with devotion and love. After the release of the first album, the group began to travel around the country, delighting fans with live performances, which always leave a lot of positive emotions. Fortunately for the fans, the concert activity occupies a crucial place in the band's work.
The songs of the Evo group are incredibly sincere and designed to reach the hearts of the audience, to make them better and more humane. Despite profanity that is ubiquitous in lyrics, songs do not “cut ears”, and expressive expressions only help to emphasize one or another thought. The theme of the Evo songs is diverse: the guys raise both social and even political problems, as well as the problems of ideology and love, which, of course, is close to all young hearts. The Evo group is music of the 21st century, a little cosmic, but at the same time so close to modern youth, because it reflects all the fears, thoughts and desires and problems of young people.
