“It’s all about love, and I’m so offended - I just don’t see tears in your eyes ...” - a few years ago the words of this song were heard, if not from every iron, then from each receiver for sure. And her performer, a short brunette with a languid look named Yuri Titov, was a frequent guest on television and the idol of the younger generation. Time does not stand still, and some stars are destined to go out. So Yuri lost sight of. What happened to his fate? We will discuss this later.
Childhood
Yuri Mikhailovich Titov was born on Cosmonautics Day in 1985 in the Moscow region of Kuntsevo. The family was musical. The example of parents also influenced the choice of the life path of little Jura - as a child, he firmly decided to become an artist too.
You can talk about a singer about Yuri Titov from the age of six - it was then that he first sang. And a year later he ended up in a music school at the violin department, where he enjoyed studying and making progress. The news of Yura’s talent reached the usual educational institution where he studied, and soon the boy was already appointed there as a choir soloist. Together with him, Yuri visited Turkey at the festival of children's songs. And he won his first prize a year later, at the age of eight, when at one of the festivals he became the winner of the first prize. Then he was handed sweets and a stuffed toy.

At 15, our hero externally graduated from the last two classes and entered the second year of a pop-jazz studio. A year later, the young man was admitted to the Institute of Music at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ISI) . And then, as they say, it started ...
When Yuri was 17 years old, the start of casting for the Become a Star project was announced. It was Titov who dreamed of becoming. Therefore, he concealed his age from the jury (only children from 18 years old were allowed to participate) and was allowed. However, he did not go far - he let the young man a second (dance) round. Yura simply did not learn his number, but did not despair. This was only the first project in a series of many others in the biography of Yuri Titov. The singer visited many of them - on the First and Second channels. But first things first.
After the project “Become a Star” was “People's Artist” (a year later on the same channel). Filling out the questionnaire before the casting, Yura wrote that he was striving for sincerity on the stage. Perhaps these words also played a role. One way or another, but he was taken into the project. And they didn’t just take it - there he earned true love, including from the masters of Eugene Fridland and Larisa Dolina, because he showed himself as a professional, talented singer. Yuri Titov was able to enter the thirty best contestants, but, unfortunately, that was all over. Nevertheless, he received an offer to go on a tour, which could not be accepted due to personal circumstances.
It was 2004. For the fourth time, the project of the First Channel “Star Factory” opened its hospitable doors for young ambitious talents. Among the sixteen participants who went to the audience at the first concert was nineteen-year-old Yuri Titov.
"Star Factory"
The story of the young man getting on this show is interesting, which once again proves the singer's determination. Yuri Titov, having successfully completed the first round, ran out unbuttoned into the street. It was winter, and Yuri was sweating in the room. As a result - the next morning he had a high fever, he lost his voice and not only sing, but could not even speak. Parents insisted on calling the doctors, but for Titov there was no question of hospitalization. He did not want to lose his chance. And so, barely keeping his feet, he went to the second qualifying round, not yet knowing how to behave there - without a voice. However, a miracle happened. Stepping on the stage, Yura felt so confident and good that he sang. The vocal cords succumbed to his indestructible self-confidence and perseverance. Yuri safely participated in the project and after all the auditions he learned that he had suffered severe pneumonia on his feet.
Life at Star House was not easy. In all rooms, even in the bathroom and toilet, there were cameras, which were impossible to hide from their sights either day or night. Every day there were vocal lessons, dance training, acting and other activities. But you also had to prepare for weekly reporting concerts! Anyway, to spend side by side several months with completely strangers is a difficult task.
However, Yura recalls the project more good than bad. He not only gave him friends and useful contacts in the Russian show business, but also made it possible to perform with various artists, including world-class ones. And it's only nineteen years old! With some "factory" colleagues, the artist maintains relations to this day. In addition, Yuri Titov considers meeting and working with composer Igor Krutym a great success - it was Igor Yakovlevich who was the producer of the fourth release of the “manufacturers”, as well as the author of hits with which the singer Yuri Titov conquered star Olympus in the early 2000s.
At the "Factory" Yura moved much further than in his previous attempts - he reached the finals, although he did not become a winner. Nevertheless, the artist does not consider it a loss. When the project was over, the manufacturers went on a long-term tour of the cities and villages of the vast country. I went on tour with colleagues and Yuri. Such a mobile life also had many disadvantages, including small fees that tired "stars" received for their performances. But in the character of Jura - to seek the good in things that happen. Trips to Russia brought him many acquaintances, some of which later turned into strong friendships for many years.
Life after the Star House
Immediately after the "Factory", Yuri Titov was shot a clip for the sensational song "Make-believe" (another name - "All About Love"). He was followed by the second - "Forever." Filming for magazines and television programs, broadcasts on radio stations - the artist’s name constantly appeared in the press. In 2005, he participated in the “New Wave” contest in Jurmala, two years later released the first (and currently only) album “The Room” with eleven songs and two video clips of the singer. Reviews about Yuri Titov and his work were mostly only positive. And suddenly everything disappeared as if by magic. Yuri disappeared from the screens, as he disappeared from the air and his songs and videos. The old ones have been replaced by a new generation of "stars".
Nowadays
Yuri does not hide in his interviews - he never did anything other than music. When he had to “pause” popularity, he toured, and thereby earned a living. In addition, his work received a new round - he became interested in jazz, writing texts and music himself, which he had never done before. He is still touring a lot.
He does not lose hope so far to remind himself, to give a new birth to himself as an artist. To this end, Yuri constantly appears at various music competitions. So, a couple of years ago I tried myself at the casting of the show “Main Scene” (channel “Russia”), this year I went to the casting of the project “Voice-6” (Channel One), but both there and there failed. In response to perplexed questions, they say, why do you need this, Titov shrugs his hands and answers that he cannot live otherwise.
Yuri Titov: the personal life of the singer
Having a rather interesting appearance, Yuri was always popular with girls and did not hide his passion for women. So, at the "Factory of Stars" Titov was carried away immediately by his two colleagues - Irina Dubtsova and Zhenya Volkonskaya. But if the first immediately gave the young man a turn from the goal, the second reacted more favorably to his courtship. However, their romance did not last long, and right after the end of the project, Yuri began a relationship with jazz singer Teona Kontridze. After some time, they ended, and after the breakup, Theon informed Titov that she was expecting a baby. Yuri did not marry her, however, in the upbringing of his daughter he took and is taking an active part. The girl is already more than ten years old, and she and her father maintain a relationship, according to the singer himself.
Now the personal life of Yuri Titov is shrouded in the darkness of the unknown. He does not talk about his hobbies, nevertheless he uploads photos on social networks in an embrace with girls. However, they are all different. In an interview, Yuri says that his heart is free, but he knows for sure that the future spouse must be related to creativity.
