Triturate the components with a mixer, then combine with egg yolks. Then you need to pour wheat flour into a plate. Mix the mass and divide into two fragments (one should be larger than the other).   2. A pound of wheat flour.
  3. 200 gr. cow's butter.

  5. A small amount of vanilla powder.
  6. Approximately 250 grams of granulated sugar.
  7. Half a small spoonful of soda mixed with vinegar.
  8. Cottage cheese (about 0.5 kilograms).
  9. 30 gr starch.

Soften cow oil. To pass wheat flour and salt through a sieve, add sugar sand and vanilla powder in a bowl with products. Make a small hole in the resulting mass, into which you need to add an egg. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Combine with melted cow oil, soda, and vinegar. Keep a small portion of the resulting mass in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove the remaining fragment in a cold place. Cottage cheese is placed in a deep bowl. You need to add to it 2 eggs, mashed with a whisk. Gently pour vanilla powder, starch and granulated sugar through a sieve into the mass. Take out a larger portion of the dough. She needs to be shaped like a well-rolled rectangle. Then put this piece on a baking sheet. A filler of cottage cheese and crumbs from a frozen fragment are placed on top.
