For this dish you will need:

In combination with cabbage, it has a beneficial effect on the gallbladder and helps to cleanse the liver.
To prepare a vitamin salad, you must take:
- cabbage - 300 g;
- carrots - 1 medium piece;
- apple - 1 piece;
- greens, salt - to taste.
Cut white cabbage into strips and mash hands with salt. So it will become softer and more tender in taste. Grate carrots on a regular coarse grater, do the same with an apple. Mix and season with vegetable or olive oil, garnish with greens on top.

- a kilogram of cabbage;
- sweet bell pepper - 3 pieces;
- two red sweet onions;
- medium tomatoes - 4 pieces;
- carrots - 3 pieces;
- sunflower oil - 100 milliliters;
- garlic - 1β2 head;
- salt - 1β2 tablespoon;
- sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
- pepper and paprika to taste.
We start cooking:
- In sunflower oil, fry the onion, sliced ββin half rings, and finely chopped garlic.
- We cut the carrots into bars and add to the fry. As soon as it softens a little, put the chopped cabbage and simmer, then add the bell pepper. It must be cut into cubes, having previously been cleaned of seeds, otherwise they will give the dish an unpleasant bitterness.

- Add sugar, salt and pepper, mix and leave to simmer under the lid for 30-35 minutes.

Horseradish salad
Such a recipe from home Russian cuisine is useful to any housewife:
- We take cabbage, horseradish root, water, salt, sugar and table vinegar.
- We dissolve the head of the whole leaves and boil them for five minutes in salted water.
- We use the same marinade as in the previous recipes.
- Cool the leaves and cut them into strips about 6 centimeters wide.

- Rinse the vegetables thoroughly. We chop cabbage in large cubes, carrots and beets, cut into strips, chop the garlic and onions in the same way.
- Mix all processed vegetables.
- In a pan with water, boil the marinade until the salt and sugar dissolve, only then pour the vinegar.

Of the ingredients we need:
- tomatoes - 800 g
- carrots - 300 g;
- cauliflower - 1.5 kg;
- garlic - 1 head;
- greens - 2 bunches of dill;
- sweet pepper - 2 pieces;
- vegetable oil - 180 ml;
- vinegar - 30 ml;
- sugar - 90 g;
- salt - 45 g.
To clean the cabbage of possible parasites from the garden, soak it for 30 minutes in salted water. After we divide into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for two minutes.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan with a thick bottom. We fry the cabbage in it, then add the Bulgarian pepper and keep it on fire for another 3 minutes.
Rub tomatoes in a separate bowl and mix with salt, sugar and vinegar. Add the resulting tomato dressing to our vegetables and wait until the mixture boils. After we turn off the gas and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. We chop the garlic and herbs, mix them in the billet and cook for another 5 minutes.
The resulting salad of cabbage, carrots, peppers for the winter roll up the lid in sterilized jars.
Cauliflower with rice for the winter
A very satisfying and nutritious preparation is obtained by adding long-grain rice to vegetables. It is prepared as follows:
- We sort 1.5 kilograms of cauliflower and boil for three minutes.
- We wash 250 grams of rice several times and cook until half ready, drain the water.
- Fry 500 g grated carrots in sunflower oil in a pan with a thick bottom (you can use a cauldron).
- Grind 1.5 kilograms of tomatoes through a meat grinder with peppers peeled from seeds and partitions and put in a carrot.
- Season with garlic, salt and sugar to taste.
- Now it's the turn of cabbage and rice. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add vinegar and keep on low heat for another 25 minutes.
- We lay out on prepared banks and roll up for the winter.
