For baking, you can take both frozen and fresh fruits. But the latter option, for obvious reasons, will be better.

- a little more than half a glass of milk;
- ¼ cup sugar (prepare separately for the dough and toppings);
- one egg;
- 250 g of flour;
- some salt (on the tip of the knife);
- 40 g butter;
- yeast - ½ tablespoon;
- vanilla crackers (chopped) - 3 tablespoons;
- 350 g of cherries.
Heat the milk, dissolve a little sugar and yeast in it. Leave on for 25 minutes. To make the dough for this berry pie recipe tender and soft, you need to properly prepare it:
- Pour the flour into a cup, add sugar (the first prepared part), beaten egg (half of the resulting mass) and pour milk with yeast.
- Put a piece of softened butter, then knead the dough.
- It should stand for one to two hours to rise a little.
- Hug, and again leave for a short time.
When the dough rises again, divide it into small and large parts, roll out the second half, and set aside the first half. Lay the layer in a baking dish so that there are sides, and sprinkle with half the vanilla crackers.

- ½ cup flour;
- baking powder - half a teaspoon;
- 100 g butter;
- 1 egg
- thick sour cream - 2 glasses;
- ½ cup sugar (2 “servings” for dough and toppings);
- vanilla sugar or extract - 2 "servings" of 1 teaspoon;
- 4 cups blueberries;
- 2 yolks.

- 1 teaspoon of soda;
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- ¼ teaspoon of soda.
Sift flour together with baking powder, add slaked soda and nutmeg, mix. Separately combine orange juice and wine.
