And when the baskets are baked, do not waste time and proceed to create a cream. Beat whites until cool foam, add sugar and continue whisking until a thick, homogeneous mass is obtained. We take out the baked baskets from the molds, cool, and put a spoon of jam or jam on the bottom of each. Using a pastry syringe or bag, fill the baskets with cream. The tartlet cake is ready to eat.

For this recipe you will need:

  • tangerines - 2 pieces;
  • jelly with lemon flavor - 1 pack.

Knead shortbread dough and for this it is necessary to combine sugar, butter and eggs, add flour and knead well. We also put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. In the meantime, prepare the fruits - divide the mandarins into slices, cut the apples into thin slices, and the kiwi slices. We bake the baskets in special tins, not forgetting to leave free space in the middle. Fruits are beautifully spread in the baked blanks, and then with the help of a pastry brush, grease them with jelly on top. Very nice and very tasty!

We divide the chilled dough, depending on the number of molds, into 10-12 parts and beautifully lay out the obtained workpieces in them.

We bake cakes for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready baskets must be allowed to cool completely and removed from the molds. Next, mix the curd and curd mass, fill the baskets with this mixture, and decorate with pieces of fruit on top.
