In order to get crispy waffles, the recipe can be taken as follows. 3 eggs beat well with 50 grams of sugar (you can add vanilla sugar here). Two glasses of milk are poured here, 300 grams of flour and half a pack of melted butter are poured. A spoon of baking powder is also added, everything is thoroughly whipped until a homogeneous mass is obtained that looks like dough like pancakes.
You can also make crispy waffles, the recipe for which contains cocoa, and you end up with a delicious chocolate dessert. To do this, mix a spoonful of milk with egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 2 tablespoons of sugar are added here, after which everything is mixed. Proteins are whipped separately into the foam, which combine with the bulk. Flour is gently introduced into the mixture, one teaspoon of vanillin and cocoa. The dough should turn out a little liquid. Waffles are baked immediately. A suitable filling for them would be the following. Mix melted butter (2 teaspoons) with 100 grams of grated chocolate. Gelatin (a teaspoon) is mixed and slightly heated in 50 grams of fat cream, mixed with a chocolate-butter mixture. You can add a spoonful of liquor or red wine here.
Crispy waffles are prepared in the following way. A pack of margarine (you can take butter) is melted over a small fire. A glass of sugar, 5 eggs and 2 glasses of flour are added to it. Everything is thoroughly kneaded. You can also put a spoonful of vanilla essence. If you need to cook wafer rolls, it is worth remembering that you need to wrap the wafers immediately, as they instantly freeze, after which they can break.
The filling for the waffle can be the most varied, from a gentle custard to fruits and berries. To prepare crispy waffles, it is better to choose the filling from cream or condensed milk, since the waffles will take excess moisture from the berries, which can soon become soft, however, no less tasty.
