Acne - The Main Enemy of Youth

Acne is one of the main indicators of oily skin, and they appear not only on the face, but also on the back, shoulders and chest. They are formed during the accumulation of subcutaneous fat, clogged pores. Acne can be caused by hormonal imbalances, poor nutrition, or poor skin care.

First of all, to prevent the occurrence of acne, you need to pay attention to your diet. If you have problem skin, try to avoid spicy, salty, oversaturated proteins and fatty foods. Also limit your intake of sweets, sodas, and alcohol.

Also, do not squeeze acne too often. You can do this at most once a week. Before removing acne, steam your face with gauze or a cloth moistened with hot water. Instead of water, it is better to use a decoction of chamomile. In addition, the face and hands should be absolutely clean. After squeezing acne gently, treat your skin with an anti-inflammatory lotion or other similar product.

If the skin is oily, then in addition to acne and acne, black dots often appear on it, which cause a lot of inconvenience. You can get rid of them with the help of lemon juice, which should wipe the problem areas. In the same quality, you can use egg white. Beat it and apply to areas with black dots, and after seven minutes, rinse with warm water.

Twenty minutes later, the mask can be washed off. It is better to use this method for a week, and then after a two-week break, repeat the course.
