  • Grate the yolks of six eggs with 300 g of sugar, add 170 g of flour and a bag of baking powder, pour two large tablespoons of vegetable oil. Beat the whites and mix everything carefully. Bake the cake for fifty minutes.
  • Cream for the middle tier. Dissolve two hundred grams of sugar in a glass of warm milk and mix well. In half a glass of orange juice, dilute forty grams of starch, pour into milk and heat to such a state that the mixture thickens. Cool and add a pack of soft butter.

Cool the biscuit, cut into three parts, grease with cream. The second layer is ready.

  • Grate the yolks of two eggs with 180 g of sugar. The mixture should be homogeneous. Add 320 grams of flour, a small spoonful of cinnamon, a packet of baking powder and a crushed piece of dark chocolate. Stir everything with eggs. Gradually pour in two hundred and fifty grams of vegetable oil and milk. Beat the whites and introduce into the dough. Bake the cake for forty-five minutes, cool and cut into three parts. Grease each of them with apricot jam.

Frozen cakes are traditionally coated with mastic on top. It is recommended to take it in white and blue colors. In the end, you need to collect the tiers and decorate the dessert with snowflakes.

Beat four eggs, 100 grams of sugar and a bag of vanilla. The mixture should become magnificent. Introduce 80 grams of flour, 50 starch and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with lemon zest and its juice.

We divide it into three parts and roll it out. The layer should be no more than 0.5 centimeters. Cakes need to bake and cool.
