- Butter should be softened (just leave it to cook for an hour or two at room temperature, otherwise use a microwave) and begin to whisk until the color changes. Then gradually add our cream without stopping whipping.
- Grind the nuts in any way (blender or rolling pin).
- Either grind crumbs of crust into crumbs, or sacrifice a whole crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top and sides of the finished cake.
- We spread the cakes on a dish, smearing each with our cream. Put a few nuts between each layer.
