As you already understood from the name, “Mazurka” (recipe) is a salad that can be both with meat and in a vegetarian version. Let us dwell on it in more detail. You will need: a can of canned dark bean, one more - corn, 2-3 pieces of bell pepper (preferably red or one red, the other green or yellow). What is “Mazurka” unusual: a recipe (salad) also includes pickled (pickled pickles) cucumbers - 2 pieces, large, a handful of walnuts, a couple of cloves of garlic, parsley (greens), cilantro, vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) . Having found out what “Mazurka” (recipe) consists of, we begin to prepare the salad by throwing beans and corn into a colander. Pepper and chop it into cubes. Cucumbers, too. Cut cilantro and parsley. Grind nuts. Let the garlic under the press. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt, pepper, season with oil, mix. Put whole lettuce leaves in a vase. “Mazurka” is laid out on them. The recipe (salad can be left in this form) recommends decorating the dish with sliced rings of sweet pepper, laid on top of the dish.

Now let's turn to the meat option. As this ingredient, chefs offer
beef tongue or just beef. Boil it in salted water until tender. Cool, cut into strips. Take 2-3 kiwi fruits, peel, cut into small slices. Chop 3 red peppers in half rings. Goes to the Mazurka salad (recipe recommends), as mentioned above, canned
red beans. Put it in a colander, let it drain. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and season with olive oil sauce and a few tablespoons of (mustard) mustard. Sprinkle fresh chopped dill before serving. Tasty, right?

What else could be the Mazurka salad? Firstly, a variety of meat. This component is good in the form of chicken breast, smoked ham. It tastes great and jerky. Or not boiled, but baked, fried. Secondly, beans. In previous recipes, it was canned. But you can take ordinary, raw, and just boil. Of course, previously it should be soaked for several hours. As a dressing, not only vegetable oil is used, but also mayonnaise, however, preferably lean, low-calorie.
Mazurka with ham and apples
And, finally, the Mazurka salad, which is more complex in composition, includes some of its components: smoked ham - 250 g, fried veal (lean pork) - 100-150 g, apples, sweet and sour - 2 medium-sized pieces, green peas ( 5-6 tablespoons), ¾ cup boiled beans, 1 cucumber (salted), a little (to taste) corn (from a can), 1-2 bell peppers. Mayonnaise is suitable for dressing. Dice the necessary components, combine with peas, beans and corn. Stir, salt, season, let the salad infuse, and serve. Just be sure to season with greens!
