So, if you want to cook a remarkably delicious classic salad made from cod liver with rice, you can use the following recipe for which you can take canned food (150 gr.), Onion (1 goal), cucumber - best pickled ( 2 pcs.). You will also need eggs (3 pcs.), Pre-boiled rice (300 gr.), Some mayonnaise for dressing and for decorating chips and olives. You need to start preparing such a salad by kneading the cod liver with a fork, scalding the onion with boiling water - this is necessary so that its specific taste spoils the overall taste of the salad. After this, the cod liver salad recipe involves the following actions: cutting pickled cucumbers into small cubes, chopping hard-boiled eggs and dividing each olive into two halves.

When everything is ready, the ingredients can be carefully laid out in layers in a beautiful salad bowl, if necessary and if desired, smearing each of them with mayonnaise. First come canned food, then “straw” onions, diced pickled cucumbers and boiled, chilled rice, after which comes the turn of the egg and the last layer of mayonnaise.
