Tomato, feta cheese and shrimp salad

You will need:

  • 250 g of shrimp (thawed and peeled);
  • 1 large sweet pepper;
  • 250 g tomato;
  • 100 g of feta cheese (mozzarella);
  • 20 olives (pitted);
  • ½ lemon;
  • vegetable oil, pepper, salt;
  • Fresh greens and lettuce.

How to cook

Pour a little oil into a preheated skillet and fry the shrimp for about 5 minutes. After pouring half the lemon juice, mix well and remove from heat. While the shrimp are cooling, prepare the vegetables.

Cut the pepper into strips, tomatoes in medium cubes, chop the greens coarsely. Olive can be cut into rings or left whole. If you have chosen hard cheese, rub it on a grater. Cut soft cheese into arbitrary pieces.

Now mix all the foods, add a little black pepper and salt. Season the fried shrimp salad with sunflower oil. You can decorate with a slice of lemon or to your taste.

Spring salad with shrimp and avocado

After the winter, I really want something fresh and vitamin. Because such a salad with fried shrimp will be a real find. We will add to it the most spring product - juicy radish. The combination of products will be light and soft, with such a treat you can complement any main course.

You will need:

  • 250 g shrimp (thawed);
  • ½ bunch of radishes;
  • 1 avocado and lemon;
  • mayonnaise and some vegetable oil;
  • lettuce, dill (or fresh herbs at your discretion).

How to cook

Lightly fry the shrimp in vegetable oil (2 minutes on each side). Pour half the lemon with freshly squeezed juice and let cool.

Wash the radish well and cut each into thin circles. Grind dill, chop lettuce coarsely. Mix all the ingredients and add the shrimp.

Prepare dressing: mix mayonnaise with juice of half a lemon, add ground pepper and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and pour the cooked salad with this sauce. Done.

You will need:

  • 200 g of shrimp (without shell);
  • 2 eggs (hard boiled);

How to cook

Remove the shell from the shrimp. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the shrimp. As soon as they brown, remove from heat.
