  • 400 g chicken fillet (preferably breast);
  • table mustard - 1 tsp;
  • a glass of peeled rice;
  • olives (seedless) - 20 pcs.;
  • 4 sweet peppers;
  • 3% vinegar - 1 tbsp. l;
  • canned peas - a jar (200-250 g);
  • olive oil - half a cup.

Cooking:

  1. To begin with, we rinse the rice with tap water. We do this carefully in order to get rid of the cereal from litter. Then pour the rice into the pan. Pour 2 cups of water. Salt. We cook cereals by setting a slow fire. Close the lid tightly.
  2. We turn on the oven, choosing a mode of 200 about . As soon as it warms up, we send the peppers there (whole). After 15-20 minutes, we get the browned fruits. Put in a bowl, and cover with cling film on top. After 10 minutes, you can start processing peppers. Cut them in half, remove the inner fibers and seeds.

  • chicken meat - 200-250 g (preferably fillet);
  • 20 g adjika;
  • ham (any fat content) - 200 g;
  • mayonnaise - 230 g.

Cooking Instructions

Step number 1. We wash the chicken breast and get rid of the bones. Cut into thin strips. Then send to the pan. Fry using the specified amount of oil. You can sprinkle pieces with fragrant spices.

Step number 2. We cut ham in the same way as fillet. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Do not forget to mix.

Step number 3. Croutons can be made by yourself. But to save time, it is best to buy in the store crackers with any flavor (for example, bacon or salami)

Step number 4. We wash the tomatoes and chop them with cubes. While putting them aside.

Step number 5. Cooking the sauce. To do this, mix adjika with mayonnaise in a bowl. Add chopped garlic.
