The simplest and fastest homemade dessert is a sponge cake. To make it to the festive table, you may need the following components:
- sour cream of the highest fat content - about 200 g;
- large eggs - 4 pcs.;
- premium flour - at least 250 g;
- sugar syrup - use at discretion;
- baking soda (must be extinguished with vinegar) - dessert spoon (take incomplete);
- fine white sugar - about 230 g;
- sunflower oil - to lubricate the form.
Knead the dough
Before baking a cake without mastic, you should prepare a biscuit dough. To do this, grate sugar and egg yolks separately, and then add sour cream to them and leave them aside for several minutes.
