For salad :

  • shell-free shrimp - 500 g;
  • tomatoes - 250-300 g;
  • feta cheese, Adyghe cheese or feta - 100-200 g;
  • cucumbers - 250-300 g;
  • garlic - to taste;
  • red onion-turnip - 1 medium head;
  • pitted olives - 100-200 g.

For refueling :

  • lemon juice - 30 ml;
  • olive oil - 30 ml;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • dried oregano - 5 g.

  • For starters, you should prepare shrimp. It is better to purchase them in a purified form in order to prepare a Greek salad with shrimps in a shorter time. Garlic is peeled and chopped into large pieces. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, add garlic and fry over high heat. If the peel of the cucumber is stiff or bitter, it is pre-cut. Dice the cheese or knead with a fork. A jar of olives is opened and drained. If necessary, cut olives in half. The lettuce leaves are washed under running water, shaken off, chopped into large pieces and torn by hand. Onions cut randomly. To prepare the dressing, all the products described are simply mixed with a fork or whisk.
  • All prepared vegetables, shrimps fried in garlic oil , lettuce, cheese and olives are mixed in a deep bowl and watered with dressing. Greek salad with shrimp must be infused before serving. Therefore, it is covered with cling film and put in the cold for a couple of hours. If time is running out, then the time of infusion can be reduced.
