Tiffany Salad

One of the most beautiful and delicious cold dishes is the Tiffany salad. The recipe is very simple. The list of required ingredients includes grapes (red, white, green), which makes the dish look like a mountain of gems. Various kinds of nuts can be used . Most often, these are walnuts, but they can be successfully replaced with almonds, hazelnuts or any other. The second most important ingredient is chicken (boiled, fried, baked, smoked, etc.).

Tiffany Salad with Walnuts

Wash 700g chicken fillet and grate curry powder. Fry in a pan, cool and cut into small pieces. Boil 4 eggs. Grate them on a fine grater. Fry 150g chopped walnuts in a dry pan. Rinse lettuce leaves, dry them and cover the bottom of the salad bowl with them. Then put the chicken pieces in it and grease them with mayonnaise on top. Rub 150g of hard cheese. Sprinkle chicken with half nuts and grated cheese. Place a layer of chopped boiled eggs. It also needs to be greased with mayonnaise and sprinkled with the remaining nuts. Cut the grapes into halves and decorate the salad with the slice down.

Tiffany Salad with Almonds

Rinse 350 g of chicken, put in a pan and boil in salted water for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then chop into small pieces. Grind 200 g of hard cheese and 3 boiled chicken eggs on a grater. Fry 120g of almonds in a pan, microwave or oven and grind in a coffee grinder. Halve the grapes by removing the seeds. Then lay layers in a salad bowl: chicken, cheese and grated almonds. Boil 2 chicken breasts, cool them, separate the meat from the bones and divide into fibers. Sprinkle with curry and salt and mix. 6 hard-boiled eggs and 200 g of cheese grate through a medium grater. Fry 100g pine nuts. Boil champignons in salted water. Mix 200 g of sour cream with 200 g of natural yogurt and 5 g of mustard. Lay out the ingredients in a salad bowl. The first layer of chicken fillet, the second - chopped boiled eggs, the third - boiled mushrooms, the fourth - grated cheese, the fifth - half the grapes. Each layer should be greased with sour cream and yogurt sauce and sprinkled with pine nuts.

Garnish the bottom of the plate with lettuce. Grind 300 g of smoked chicken breast and put in an even layer, a little grease with mayonnaise. Grind with a knife 50 g of walnuts.
