Beijing cabbage and corn salads

Option number 1. With crab sticks

Peking cabbage, corn, crab sticks are the main ingredients of the salad. Other products can be changed at your discretion. But to get good results, it’s better to cook strictly according to the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of sweet corn;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • 200 g of crab sticks;
  • one fork of Beijing cabbage (about 1 kg);
  • 250-350 g of mayonnaise (low fat content);
  • 200 g of cream cheese.

Cooking process :

  1. First you need to process the Beijing cabbage. This process involves removing litter and spoiled leaves. We wash the forks with tap water. Next, dry and cut into thin strips. Add a pinch of salt. Cabbage should be slightly mashed.
  2. We take crab sticks, remove the film from them and cut into circles.
  3. Now we need to grate the cream cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Open a jar of corn and drain the liquid.
  5. We spread all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, season with mayonnaise and mix well. Top with chopped parsley.

Option number 2. With ham

According to this recipe, you can cook a gentle and light salad. Beijing cabbage, ham, corn - these ingredients form its basis.

Full list of products :

  • 400 g of Beijing cabbage;
  • 150 g canned corn ;
  • 9 quail eggs;
  • 150 g of ham;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • light mayonnaise.

The practical part :

  1. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. Rinse the forks in running water and let it dry. Then finely chop the Beijing cabbage.
  2. Getting to the cutting of ham. Thin strips are desirable.
  3. Cook quail eggs (9 pieces) hard boiled. This one will take about 5 minutes. Then we put the eggs in a deep cup with cold water and wait until they cool. Remove the shell. Each egg is cut into 4 parts.
  4. Open a jar of corn and completely remove the liquid.
  5. Put all the ingredients in the salad bowl, pour them with mayonnaise and salt. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dish.

Option number 3. With chicken

Light and piquant salad. Beijing cabbage, corn, chicken in combination with soy sauce give an incredible taste sensation.

Salad Peking cabbage ham corn

Ingredients (per 2 servings) :

  • 150 g of boiled chicken;
  • one Bulgarian (red) pepper;
  • 3 sheets of Beijing cabbage;
  • 2 tbsp. l canned corn;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • one medium cucumber.

For refueling :

  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce;
  • juice obtained from half a lemon.

Cooking :

  1. Cut the cabbage into thin ribbons, chicken into cubes, and cucumber and pepper into half rings.
  2. Pour soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice into the bowl. All this mix.
  3. We spread cabbage in a salad bowl, add pepper, cucumber and chopped dill.
  4. Sprinkle with chicken cubes and corn on top. We make a gas station. It only takes a couple of minutes.
  5. It remains to pour salad dressing, salt and mix everything well. You can serve the dish to the table.

Option number 4. With tuna

Previous salads with Beijing cabbage and corn suggested the use of cheese and meat products (chicken, ham). We offer another salad option - with tuna.

Chinese cabbage salad corn chicken

Required Products :

  • 100 g of Beijing cabbage;
  • 1 can of canned tuna ;
  • one medium onion;
  • olive oil (1 tablespoon will be enough);
  • 150 g canned corn;
  • lemon juice (1 tbsp. l.);
  • chopped greens.

How to cook :

  1. Open a jar of tuna and put the contents in a deep plate. Fish should be thoroughly kneaded with a fork.
  2. We turn to slicing onions. As a result, we should get quarters of rings. If the onion is too bitter, then you can pour boiling water over it.
  3. Now we have to chop the Beijing cabbage.
  4. Take a wide glass. We will spread the ingredients in it in the following order: tuna, cabbage, onions and corn.
