On a piece of paper write down your cherished desire, the fulfillment of which will not harm others. Write a prayer text below your wish. It must be pronounced twice a day: immediately after waking up and before you are about to fall asleep for 15 minutes (two weeks). In my heart there is an unchanging belief that my desire will come true soon. I am all full of joyful excitement. I am pacified, for the Lord God is peace and tranquility.
