How to moisturize skin that has lost its former appearance? Oils are good for this. They gently affect the skin, and for a long time it feels comfortable.

A good effect on the skin is exerted by natural substances - vegetables, fruits, dairy products. How to moisturize the skin at home? It is enough to prepare masks from vegetables or fruits available at hand. Banana masks best nourish the skin of the mask, while cucumber and apple refresh it well. Sour-milk products, prepared independently, have the best effect on the skin. Making home masks does not take much time and effort, so you can do them all the time.

- Well moisturizes the skin and ordinary cabbage leaf, which must be doused with boiling water, greased with olive oil and applied to the face, bypassing the skin around the eyes. You can also make a mask from cabbage, chopping it finely and mixing it with cream and mashed potatoes from any berries. This mask, like everyone else, is applied for fifteen minutes.

- A few apples, cut into slices, need to be boiled in milk until soft, removed from the saucepan and mashed to a state of mashed potatoes. Add a little milk in which they cooked, apply on face and hold for fifteen minutes.

- Peach is useful in helping the skin retain moisture. Its pulp must be mashed and mixed with a small amount of sour cream and olive oil.

- Refreshes the skin with a mask of three tablespoons of grated cucumber or apple, poured with hot milk and heated for fifteen minutes in a water bath. This mixture must be combined with crushed flakes of oatmeal and applied to the face for twenty minutes.

- A mask of cottage cheese, carrot juice and honey is suitable for any type of skin. To prepare it, you need to mix a spoonful of honey with a spoonful of carrot juice and two tablespoons of cottage cheese and apply to the face, massaging the skin for fifteen minutes.
