During cooking, you need these products:

· a glass of milk;

Wheat flour - 500 g;

Egg

· Nuts (walnuts) - 300 g;

Butter - 250 g (put only 50 g in the dough);

· Salt - a pinch;

Cinnamon - ½ tsp;

Powdered sugar - 300 g.

To make syrup, you will need:

A glass of sugar;

· glass of water;

· Honey - a tablespoon.

Sift flour into a bowl to make a slide. We make a deepening in it and add salt, oil melted in advance, warm milk, an egg. Knead the dough so that it comes out steep and elastic. Minimally knead the dough for 7 minutes. After kneading, wrap it in a plastic bag and leave for 30 minutes.

Grind nuts, add cinnamon and powder to them.

Divide the dough into small balls. We take one ball and while working with it, the dough should be covered. The ball should be rolled out as thinly as possible, coated with the remaining oil and sprinkled with nut filling. We turn it into a roll, which we flatten to the center from two ends. The length of the roll will be reduced by 2 times. Fill the edges inside.

Put the baklava on a baking sheet with parchment paper, coat it with yolk, bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then lower the temperature to 160, coat the rolls with butter and leave in the oven for 50 minutes.
