Ingredients: slightly salted salmon (200 gr.), Chicken fillet (200 gr.), Onions, two eggs, cheese (100 gr.), Potatoes (2 pcs.), Fresh cucumber, mayonnaise, greens.
Cut the cucumbers into thin sticks and put them in the shape of a star on the dish - this is the basis for the salad. Grate boiled eggs and spread on cucumbers. The next layer is onions, then red chopped fish (leave for a little decoration), grate cheese on the fish, and the finest chopped meat will be the last layer. We cover abundantly with mayonnaise and lay out strips of fish and finely chopped dill.
Vitaminized salad on the festive table with tomatoes, feta cheese and herbs
Products: cherry tomatoes (the amount depends on the volume of the dish), unsalted feta cheese, walnuts, dill, cilantro, parsley, olives, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar.
Cut the cherry into two halves, add chopped cheese, olives, nuts and greens to them. Flavor with balsamic vinegar and oil. Such a low-calorie salad is served with meat and fish dishes.
For those who like a combination of salty and sweet, we offer you to cook a puff vegetable cake with prunes and smoked chicken. Ingredients: large prunes (150 gr.), Smoked breast (300 gr.), Three eggs, walnuts, hard cheese, boiled potatoes, mayonnaise and cilantro.
Pre-soak the prunes in boiling water, then cut into 4 parts. Grate eggs, cheese and potatoes. Pound the nuts in a mortar, cut the meat into strips. We proceed to the formation of:
