A delicious thing a few years ago appeared on the shelves of our grocery stores - called crab sticks . Of course, if you are not too lazy to read the compositions on the products, then you probably know that the crabs did not even pass by there. Fish sticks are made, and the crab flavor is a flavoring effect. Despite this, they were very fond of customers, and today, perhaps, in every house at least something with their addition is prepared. As a rule, these are crab stick salads. Their recipes are becoming more and more popular every year.
In stores, you can also find a similar product called "crab meat." In fact, this is the same, and the crabs in this case, too, were not affected. Outwardly, it differs only in shape, but to taste even better than sticks. If the recipe allows, you can replace the sticks with crab meat.
Salads from crab sticks, the recipes of which will be presented here, are tasty and quite simple to prepare.
The first option is a salad with tomatoes. To cook it, take a half-cup of medium-sized cabbage, a few medium-sized tomatoes (determine the quantity yourself, by whether you want to have a lot of them in the salad, or not), a few olives, green onions, mayonnaise, and, of course, crab sticks.
Three sticks on a coarse grater - this means that for this recipe, both sticks and crab meat are suitable. We cut the tomatoes into cubes in a separate plate. Finely chop the green onions, also in a separate plate. By the way, it can be replaced with parsley, it is at your discretion. Chop the cabbage very thinly.
Now let's start the design of the salad. Mix cabbage with mayonnaise and lay on the bottom of the salad bowl. Mix crab sticks with tomatoes and mayonnaise and lay on top. Sprinkle with green onions or parsley and chopped olives in half. Salad ready. Such a recipe, as you already noticed, is easy to prepare, while it looks very nice, a sort of salad cake. Low-calorie, good table decoration - isn't that a great option? ..
Salad with crab sticks with rice is not so beautiful, but you will remember it with its awesome taste. It is prepared quickly, stored for a long time, unless, of course, you cook a lot, because in small quantities it is not stored at all - it is eaten on the first day.
To make such a salad, cook about 1.5 cups of rice and about 6 eggs. In addition, you will need half a small onion, a can of corn, a pack of crab sticks and mayonnaise. Dice eggs and sticks. When the cooked rice has cooled slightly, add the corn, chopped crab sticks and eggs. Dress salad with mayonnaise. Chop the onion very finely, or pass it through the garlic clove. With the addition of onions you need to be careful. It is worth shifting - the taste will be spoiled. Therefore, add chopped onions in 1 tsp, then mix very well and try. Then, if necessary, add more onions.
You will get a very tasty salad, besides simple, like all salads from crab sticks. The recipes, as you see, are simple, but this one is very fast, it takes only cooking eggs and rice, the rest is 15 minutes. A small amount of onion will improve the taste of the salad.
You can also cook puff crab salad. To do this, you will need:
- 1 pack of crab meat or chopsticks;
- 5 medium potatoes;
- 5 eggs;
- 4 medium carrots;
- mayonnaise.
Wash the potatoes and carrots, and put them together with the eggs in a pot of water. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cook each product until cooked. When everything has cooled, peel the carrots, eggs and potatoes. Rub the vegetables on a coarse grater, protein on a fine grater, and knead the yolk to the state of crumbs. Finely chop the crab sticks.
Next, lay out everything in layers, and on top we smear with mayonnaise. You can also mix each product separately with mayonnaise, and then lay out the layers, except for the yolk.
The order is as follows:

6. Sprinkle with egg yolks
