- flour - 1.5 cups;

- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Products are mixed in the following order:
- beat butter with a mixer with sugar, then beat eggs;
- flour, baking powder and vanillin are added, everything is whipped;
- kefir is poured, everything is mixed for five minutes.
The dough should be divided into two equal parts. Cocoa is added to one of them. Both cakes are baked separately in a rectangular shape for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. - 60 ml of water;
- 1 teaspoon of gelatin;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- vanillin.
Gelatin is soaked in water and cooked for half an hour in a steam bath. Lemon juice, vanillin is added to it, if desired, a dye. Powdered sugar is gradually added to the bowl with this mass. Then the mastic is wrapped in cling film and left in the refrigerator for an hour.
Decor
Making a cake in the form of a book is quite simple:
- Chocolate cake is placed on a large rectangular dish.
- Top - a thick layer of cream.
