Educational institution
In 1956, the residents of Kurgan were given the opportunity to get an education related to creativity, culture, art, because the cultural enlightenment school opened its doors. A year later, the first graduation took place, and 5 years after the establishment, the educational institution was transformed into a school and several different departments were opened in it.

- Department of information and communication subjects. Teachers in this department of the college introduce students to information technology, psychology, pedagogy, and the basics of management.
- Department of Socio-Economic and General Humanities. These disciplines are necessary for students for the general development and understanding of modern problems. At the department, teachers, along with students, conduct research, conferences, round tables.
- Department of cultural and social work. At this department, teachers introduce students to the field of leisure activities, and try to develop cultural and organizational skills. Students will also learn what the specialty “Tourism” is, who you can work with after completing your studies.

In the mound in the College of Culture, training is possible in one of the forms - full-time or part-time. For applicants who wish to receive full-time education, the secondary vocational school offers 4 areas of preparation that are relevant:
- to solo and choral folk songs;

- to folk crafts and decorative arts;

"Solo and choral folk singing"
