First you need to make a purchase of all the necessary products for cooking. “Chanterelle” is a salad, the preparation of which requires the following products:
- peeled walnuts (about 150 g);
- 150 g of prunes;
- 150 g of raisins;
- 165 g of hard cheese;
- 2 large and juicy carrots;
- 2 large beets;
- 1 tomato;
- a couple of olives;
- mayonnaise (its amount should be determined based on the tastes of each).
