Of course, you can just buy an ordinary ice cream in the store, but making ice cream with your own hands is, nevertheless, much more interesting. This process can easily become a new family tradition for the summer months. So, how to make ice cream at home? This, in fact, is not so difficult!
Making
ice cream at home has certain advantages. Firstly, in such a dessert there will be no chemistry and preservatives, because you yourself decide what to add there, and follow the entire cooking process. This means that even the smallest family members will be able to enjoy a frozen dessert without any fear.
Secondly, you can cook at any time and in any quantities. Having figured out how to make ice cream at home, once, you will forever understand that this is a fascinating and uncomplicated process in which you can show your imagination and creativity as you like. According to the easy recipe, before you make ice cream at home, it is enough to get only a mixer and a freezer. Consider the simplest way to make ice cream at home. To do this, you need cream with a high percentage of fat content, condensed milk and
milk chocolate. Beat 600 milliliters of cream and 400 grams of condensed milk with a mixer. If you use milk or non-fat cream, the mass will not be beaten to the desired splendor, and the consistency will not be exactly as it should, so cream must be 33%. After that, melt the chocolate bar and add a little to the mixture. Mix thoroughly and send to the freezer - you can enjoy the cool after three hours.
