Drivers

Everything is fixed very simply - drivers for the sound card, as well as for your headset, are downloaded, all this is installed, and then the computer restarts. You can check the result. Enable / disable
Pay attention to the mixer in your operating system. This is an image of a gramophone in the lower right part of the screen, about a clock with time and date. Does the sound in the headphones not work? Check for a red crossed out circle near the mixer image.
It is possible that the sound is simply muted. You could remove it yourself, or some of your operations and system failures led to these changes.
