To talk about the Sharia court, you need to imagine, and what, in fact, is sharia.
Historically, the life of every Muslim is completely regulated by the Sunnah and the Qur'an, and the works of authoritative religious figures on Muslim rights or, as they are called, fiqh are also taken into account. Thus, Sharia is a certain set of principles of morality, jurisprudence and behavior that dictate the Muslim how to behave in a particular life situation.
Like the notes
Sharia is a very detailed "guide" on life, it, as in the soldierโs charter, prescribes rights and obligations to the smallest details and nuances, which excludes any misinterpretation or double-digit interpretation. For example, in the part that regulates the Muslim diet, there are bans on eating pig meat, dead (fallen) livestock and other subtleties. It also contains provisions on married life, taxation, trade, the rules of fasting, and how religious observances should be observed.

Sharia rules at some points are individual and flexible, taking into account various life situations, for example, a woman expecting a child is not allowed to keep the fast in Ramadan, but postpone it to any other month. However, there are provisions that must be complied with implicitly. These include faith in Allah, humility to his will, the ability to take the events of his life (birth, illness, death, etc.), for granted, to pray in a timely manner. All the provisions of Sharia cannot be canceled by human will, as they were given by God, and only he can change them. Human mores and customs are changeable, while Sharia is the standard for all time.
Sharia court
Thus, it would be reasonable to say that the Sharia court is a court according to God's law. He has no right to be humiliating for a person, his dignity and honor. The Sharia court is headed by a qadi (official judge). They are condemned by those who deliberately ignore and do not comply with Islamic laws - they steal, kill, mend robbery and so on.

In principle, state courts condemn the same acts and impose penalties on the criminals who commit them. So how does the Shariah court differ from them? Read the discussion of online publications that talk about any serious crime committed. They can be called humane with a big stretch. All these arguments about the right of criminals to a humane sentence are heard, for the most part, from the lips of hypocrites. And touch them in real life, the opinion would be completely different. The Sharia court is a worthy substitute for the state, since in it the ratio of the gravity of the crime and the punishment for it is more balanced. The heavier the offense, the correspondingly stricter the sentence. This court does not bribe or make exceptions for the accused on the basis of their position in society or the size of their fortunes; the punishment for the same action for the carpenter and the president will be the same.
Despite press statements, there are very few serious crimes committed in real life in Afghanistan or Palestine, since everyone knows for sure that retaliation will overtake him and will be fair, but severe. The court is the stateโs authority, and the Sharia court is the power of God and people living according to the laws given by the creator.
