You’ll need a glass of any hard nuts that are soaked in water for at least eight hours. Flax or sesame seeds, ground in a coffee grinder, in the amount of half a glass are added. Another is one glass of various favorite dried fruits (apples, dates, raisins, prunes and others), a well-ripened fruit (a peach, pear or nectarine will fit). Take honey to your liking.

We process dried fruits and nuts, as described in previous recipes (soak, clean), turn a half of the lemon into juice. We pack all the ingredients except sesame seeds in a blender. Aloe is useful only one leaf, the remaining components should be so much that candy is comfortably molded. We grind everything into a sticky mass, roll the formed sweets in sesame.

If you eat two such sweets every day for a week, then you will certainly increase your immunity and tone, replenish the supply of vitamins. Hair and skin will get a healthy look, and you will noticeably prettier!

These are raw coconut sweets that everyone will like! You decorate them beautifully and serve them to guests. Cooking does not require a lot of food and time. What we need?

  • two dried or fresh bananas (slices);
  • pulp of one coconut;
  • living cocoa;
  • orange zest.

We turn coconut pulp and bananas into a homogeneous mass. In a coffee grinder, we chop cocoa, and finely chop the zest, or make small chips from it. If you have silicone molds - great! We fill them with a mass of future sweets, sprinkle with cocoa powder and zest. We put it in the refrigerator and wait until the treat "reaches". If there are no forms, then form sausages using foil or cling film, add them and cut into sweets that are necessary in size. Sprinkle them with cocoa and zest.

For ten berries, you need three tablespoons of live cocoa, cocoa butter one spoon, the same amount of honey, a little ground chili. To make it more convenient for you to cook sweets and then eat them, leave the pedicels on the berries. Make chocolate: cocoa butter softens in a water bath, ground cocoa (live), honey and pepper are added. Dip the berries free of bones in a chocolate mass and put them in the freezer for fifteen minutes.
