Rinse soaked beans in advance and boil in salted water also until tender. Then lay in a colander, strain, add to beets. Someone “sprinkles” his hat with a grated yolk, giving the dish a bright, festive look. Someone necessarily puts sliced olives on fish, and someone - a layer of Korean carrots. We offer you a salad of boiled vegetables, in layers, with herring and green (of course, by color, and not by maturity!) Apples. What you need: the herring of spicy salting (2 pieces, filet without bones and skin), 5 large potatoes, 2 carrots, as many apples and small red beetroots. As well as onions, salt, sugar, vinegar, a little mustard and mayonnaise for the sauce.

And put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that all the ingredients are saturated with each other's juices. Yummy work out, believe me!

The most simple and simple salad of cooked vegetables can be prepared so that it creates a serious competition for gourmet delicacies. Take the same traditional Olivier, without which no triumph was once complete. We are used to all its components literally buried in mayonnaise. And if you make this simple salad of boiled vegetables like that. Boil 5 large potatoes, 3 carrots, 8 eggs (3 of them will go to the sauce). Clean everything, cut into cubes or cubes. Add 200 g of ham or boiled sausage chopped in the same way, 1 large green apple, to the taste of green peas, 1 chopped onion. Mix the ingredients, add salt and season with not fat, high-calorie mayonnaise, but such an excellent dressing: mash the yolks with a fork, add a teaspoon of ready mustard, about 50 g of sugar and 20 g of salt, a pinch of ground turmeric, coriander, dill seeds. Pound everything thoroughly. When the mass becomes homogeneous, begin to gradually add vegetable oil, rubbing all the time. It will require a total of 300 grams. At the very end, add vinegar and ground pepper to taste. Well, it's a great salad, right?
