The Khaki group is a Russian team working in the genre of popular music. It was founded in St. Petersburg in 2008. In the same year, the first concert of the band took place.

Story
The Khaki group began studio work in 2009 in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Sound producers were Andrei Samsonov and Oleg Baranov. Mastering the songs “Let go” and “Special Agents” was performed by George Marino, a New York sound engineer who worked on the albums Coldplay, A-Ha, Led Zeppelin, U2, Metallica. Mick Marsh worked on Mystery.
Creation
The Khaki group in 2009 began filming the debut video for the song “Let It Go”. The operator was Marat Adelshin. A few weeks after the start of the rotation on the radio, the premiere of the clip on MUZ-TV took place. Soon this work fell on RU TV. The Khaki group was spotted by the producers of the television series Ranetki and Univer. The team was invited to participate in the creation of soundtracks. In a series of episodes, the musicians even managed to play themselves.
The experience of television filming was useful to the group when playing the Mafia on the MUZ-TV channel, as well as on the Comedy Club TV show. In 2009, the group recorded the demo single “Mystery”. It included 3 songs, as well as a clip. The circulation of thirty thousand copies instantly sold out. Spectators of the Rock-Line festival, which took place in Perm, could become its first owners. The group performed at the Eleventh St. Petersburg Festival of Kvass and Beer. The musicians took part in the event "Baltic - Russia!", Which was held in Yaroslavl. Soon, the video for the song “Falling” was filmed. Masters from Finland were invited for this work, Misko Iho became the director, and cameraman was Yuge Heikkilaa. Soon the clip could be seen on TV channels.
